摘　　要：目的探讨浅表转移性鳞癌患者使用CT引导下经皮穿刺^(125)I放射性粒子植入方法的具体效果和临床价值。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院肿瘤科浅表转移性鳞癌患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组进行化疗治疗;观察组进行CT引导下经皮穿刺^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率和皮肤毒副反应发生率。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮肤毒副反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺^(125)I放射性粒子植入方法与化疗比较,对人体皮肤毒副反应发生率较低,整体治疗效果较好,可在各大医院中推广实施。Objective To investigate the specific effect and clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous^（125）I radioactive particle implantation in patients with superficial metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with superficial metastatic squamous cell carcinoma from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received chemotherapy. The observation group underwent CT-guided percutaneous^（125）I radioactive particle implantation treatment. The total effective rate and the incidence of skin toxicity were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of skin toxicity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with chemotherapy, CT-guided percutaneous^（125）I radioactive particle implantation has a lower incidence of skin toxic and side effects and obtains a better overall effect, which is worthy of promotion in hospitals.
