辅酶Q10胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨辅酶Q10对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法昆明种小鼠160只,随机分为四组,每组再随机分为对照组和100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg和300 mg/kg·BW三个剂量组,剂量组小鼠灌胃给以辅酶Q10,持续30天,测定迟发型变态反应、Con A诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化功能、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、抗体生成和溶血素水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力以及NK细胞活性。结果各组小鼠的体重、脏器/体重比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验结果阴性,NK细胞活性试验结果阴性;体液免疫试验结果阳性,细胞免疫试验结果阳性。结论结果提示辅酶Q10通过调节体液免疫和细胞免疫功能增强小鼠免疫力。Objective To explore the effect of coenzyme Q10 capsule on the immune function of mice.Methods Coenzyme Q10 capsule was consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 100,200,and 300 mg/kg BW,lasted for 30 days.The spleen lymphocyte transformation efficiency,delayed type hypersensitivity,antibody-producing and serum hemolysis level,carbon clearance peritoneal macrophage,phagocytosis of chickenred cell by peritoneal macrophages and the activity of natural killer（NK） were determined.Results There was no obvious effect on body weight and value of viscera/body weight of mice.The test results of mononuclear macrophage phagocytic function in mice were negative,and the results of NK cell activity in mice were negative;Test results of humoral immunity and cell immunity were positive.Conclusions It suggested that coenzyme Q10 capsule could enhance the mice＇s immune function by modify the humoral and cell immunity.
