摘　　要：《韩非子》是法家思想的代表作,蕴含着丰富的"法治"思想。《韩非子》的法"度"思想包括五个方面:法即是"尺度"、法要有"广度"、法必有"严度"、法须有"信度"、法应有"效度"。《韩非子》的法"度"思想对当代中国推进全面依法治国、健全法律体系、落实严格执法、树立法律权威、加强法律教化具有重要的借鉴意义。Han Feizi is a representative work of legalist thought and contains rich thoughts of＂ruling-by-law＂. Its law thought includes five dimensions： Laws are the measure; Laws need the breadth; Lawsshould be strict; Laws must be credible; Laws must be effective. Its law thought has great reference forcontemporary China to comprehensively push forward the rule of law, improve the legal system, fulfill strict lawenforcement, establish the authority of the law and strengthen legal education.
