摘  要:从总体设计角度对目前世界上最大的独立货罐37 000 DWT沥青船的船型特点进行了介绍和分析。从规范规则的理解和把握,结合独立货罐与整体货罐的比较,阐述了货舱布置的思路,介绍了泵舱布置的主要考量,从压载水控制、工况调整、结构设计等方面讲述了空船重量控制的方式,还详细阐述了快速性分析研究、分舱与稳性方面的处理思路,并对货物加热、保温设计及能效设计指数控制等内容。From the general design point of view,this article gave a description and analysis of the characteristics of the 37 000 DWT asphalt tanker with the largest independent cargo tanks. Based on the understanding of rules and regulations and the comparison between independent and integrative cargo tanks,the arrangement philosophy of cargo tanks and pump room was presented. The light ship control methods in accordance with the ballast water control,loading condition adjustment and steel structure design were elaborated. The speed performance,stability analysis,cargo heating and heat-insulation,energy efficiency design index were discussed as well.
