摘  要:随着人民生活水平的提高,对出行的要求越来越高,飞机是出行最便捷的交通工具之一。但是发动机舱火灾引起的事故越来越多。发动机灭火系统是保证飞机安全运行的重要部分。发动机舱灭火剂浓度测试设备是验证发动机灭火系统的重要设备。因此,进行发动机舱灭火剂浓度测试设备的研究具有重要的意义。设计了一套发动机舱灭火剂浓度测试设备,基于压差检测原理的灭火剂浓度测试方法,用于测量飞机发动机舱内Halon 1301灭火剂浓度值。采用高精度测试传感器和数据采集系统,具有较高的响应速度,能够满足系统实时性高的要求。通过试验对该设备进行了验证,该测试设备达到了设计要求,对民用飞机发动机灭火系统的研制具有重要意义。该设备具有多功能、高精度、实时性、运行稳定和界面友好的特点,能够满足发动机舱灭火剂浓度测试的需求。With the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for travel is getting higher and higher, airplane is one of the most convenient means of transportation. However, more and more air accidents are caused by nacelle fire. The engine fire extinguishing system is an important part to ensure the safe operation of the airplane. Nacelle extinguishing agent concentration test equipment is an important equipment for verifying the engine fire extinguishing system. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the research on the test equipment of nacelle extinguishing agent. A set of test equipment for nacelle fire extinguishing agent was designed, and the method for measuring the concentration of extinguishing agent based on the principle of pressure difference detection was used to measure the concentration of Halon 1301 in aircraft nacelle. The high accuracy test sensor and data acquisition system have high response speed, which can meet the high real-time requirement of the system. The equipment is verified by tests, and the test equipment meets the design requirements, also is of great significance to the development of civil aircraft engine fire extinguishing equipment. The equipment has the features of multi-function, high precision, real time, stable operation and friendly interface,which can meet the requirement of nacelle fire extinguishing agent concentration testing.
