摘　　要：健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的战略部署不仅确定了司法鉴定机构的改革发展方向,也将深刻影响其承载的人才培养职能。立足人才培养规律、结合《关于健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的实施意见》的导向与专业教学质量国家标准,充分认识司法鉴定机构进行人才培养的战略定位,深入剖析设立于高校、公安机关和社会主体内的各类司法鉴定机构开展法医学专业人才教育的现状与问题,从界定司法鉴定人执业认证培训标准、制定人才培养的运行机制、设定专业实训基地核心条件、科学评定成效等方面进行战略思考,探寻司法鉴定机构适应人才培养需求的改革举措与完善途径。The strategic deployment of the unified forensic appraisal administration system not only determines the reform and development direction of forensic appraisal institutions, but also affects the education function they carry. Based on rules of education, combining with the national education standards and the guidance of the ＂Implementation Opinions on a Unified Forensic Appraisal Administration System＂, we discussed the forensic appraisal institutions＇ strategic position in education, and analyzed the situation and problems in forensic appraisal institutions affiliated to colleges, police and nongovernmental institutions whereby education function is carried out. From the perspective of clarifying the professional standards of forensic practitioners, establishing the training mechanism, setting the core conditions of professional practice base, and implementing scientific evaluation, we explored the reform measures and improving approaches of the forensic appraisal institutions to meet the needs of such education.
