北美大学校园篮球赛学生自组织体系研究及启示

摘　　要：美国和加拿大的大学校园中活跃着由学生自己组织、组队的篮球比赛,其赛制和比赛现场设计极力模仿NBA的做法,将这种学生自己的篮球赛事组织体系称为自组织体系。这种组织形式极大地调动了学生参与的积极性,使篮球运动在校园中得到有效普及,同时,学生通过参与这项活动,其组织协调等综合能力得到了很好的锻炼。我国大学生篮球运动经过改革开放后的发展,目前似乎已到达一个瓶颈,积极推广北美大学生自组织体系对于发展我国大学校园篮球运动、加强对学生自主性和创造性能力的培养都具有十分积极的意义。Basketball competitions organized by students themselves are active in the campuses of the United States and Cana- da. Their competition system and competition scene design strongly infitate the practice of the NBA. This article refers to this student＇s own basketball event organization system as a self - organizing system. This form of organization has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of students to participate in. Basketball sports have been effectively popularized on campus. At the same time, students have been well trained to participate in this activity and their overall ability to organize and coordinate. The develop- ment of college basketball after the reform and opening up in China seems to have reached a bottleneck. Actively promoting the self- organization system of North American college students has a very- positive significance for the development of college basketball on campus and the enhancement of students autonomy- and creative ability.
