摘　　要：新中国成立以来,尤其改革开放以后,民族地区的各项建设取得了较大的发展,民族地区的各项制度得到不断的完善,但在民族地区新农村的法治建设还存在很多问题。推进民族地区新农村法治建设,对确保基层社会稳定、人民安居乐业,对保障民族团结进步事业顺利发展、实现国家的长治久安具有重要的现实意义。Since the founding of new China, especially after the reform and opening-up policy, the construction of ethnic areas has achieved great development, at the same time, the various systems in the ethnic areas have been continuously improved, but in the new countryside legal construction in ethnic minority areas still exist many problems.It has important practical significance to promote the new rural construction of rule of law in national regions for ensuring social stability, the people＇s happy life, the smooth development of national unity and progress, the stability of the country.
