《黄帝内经》与上古中医学的存在

摘　　要：关于中医学理论体系的初步形成时间,现有的中国医学史教材均定位在公元前475年至公元265年,即战国至三国时期,并认为《黄帝内经》是中医基础理论的奠基之作。但整合医学发现,早在公元前2 000多年,即4 000年前的中国上古时代的夏朝,就已经形成了基本完备的上古中医学理论体系,其代表人物是僦贷季。《黄帝内经》的医学理论是对以僦贷季为代表人物的华夏上古中医学成就的秉承和延续,两者的基本理论一脉相承、同为一源,故中国中医理论体系形成的时间应在夏朝。With regard to the initial formation of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the existing textbooks on the history of Chinese medicine were all located between 475 BC and 265 AD,during the period of the Warring States-Three Kingdoms,and it was thought that Huangdi Neijing was the foundation stone for the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine. Integrating medical discovery,as early as 2 000 BC,that it,4 000 years ago in the ancient Xia Dynasty,has formed a basically complete ancient Chinese medical theory system,and it＇s representative figure is Jiu Daiji. Huangdi Neijing shares the same origin with the ancient Chinese medicine theory. Huangdi Neijing is one of the many ancient Chinese medical works that was formed and inherited from the ancient Chinese medical theory system. It not only has important theoretical value in Chinese medicine. At the same times,it also has an important value of the ancient medical history.
