食管癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子-1表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在食管癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2012年1月-2015年6月在我院行手术治疗的食管癌患者64例为观察组,另选同期在我院体检的健康体检者30例为对照组,采用ELISA法测定两组对象血清中VEGF、IGF-1水平,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果观察组血清VEGF、IGF-1水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤≥5cm患者的血清TGF-β、HGF水平显著高于肿瘤<5cm的患者,发生肿瘤转移的患者血清VEGF、IGF-1水平显著高于肿瘤未转移患者,低分化患者血清VEGF、IGF-1水平显著高于高中分化患者,临床分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者血清VEGF、IGF-1水平显著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄组患者血清VEGF、IGF-1F水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。食管癌患者血清VEGF与IGF-1表达水平呈显著正相关性(r=0.631,P<0.05)。结论血清VEGF、IGF-1水平与食管癌患者肿瘤大小、转移、分化和临床分期均有一定程度相关性,在食管癌患者中呈高表达,高水平的VEGF、IGF-1表明食管癌侵袭和进展程度。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and insulin-like growth factor-1（IGF-1）in esophageal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods 64 patients with esophageal carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy subjects in the same hospital were taken as the control group.Serum VEGF,IGF-1 levels,and its relationship with clinical and pathological features.Results The levels of serum VEGF and IGF-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The serum levels of TGF-βand HGF in the patients with tumor≥5 cm were significantly higher than those in tumors5 cm,The serum levels of VEGF and IGF-1 were significantly higher in the patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ than those in the patients without metastasis.The serum levels of VEGF and IGF-1 were significantly higher in stageⅢ-Ⅳ patients（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the serum VEGF and IGF-1 Flevels between different sex and age groups（P〉0.05）.There was a significant positive correlation between VEGF and IGF-1 expression in esophageal cancer patients（r=0.631,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in esophageal cancer patients are significantly correlated with tumor size,metastasis,differentiation and clinical stage.The expression of VEGF and IGF-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is significantly higher than that in normal tissues degree.
