摘　　要：目的为了解在校医学生对心肺复苏基本知识的需求现状、知晓情况和实际应用情况和影响因素。方法 2017年5月采取整群抽样的方法,对某医学院在校475名医学生进行心肺复苏相关知识调查。结果调查475人,470名(98.95%)的医学生听说过心肺复苏,464名(97.68%)医学生认为有必要掌握心肺复苏的知识,340名(71.58%)接受过心肺复苏的培训,40名(8.42%)遇到过紧急抢救的场合。学校教学是获取心肺复苏知识的最主要途径。"正常成年人每分钟心跳数"的知晓率是95.37%,"判断病人呼吸心脏骤停的时间限制"的知晓率是56.63%。不同年级的医学生对看似健康的人是否会发生呼吸心跳骤停的知晓率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同专业的医学生对成年人每分钟呼吸次数的知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同年级的医学生接受过心肺复苏培训的比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在校医学生随着年级的增长接受过培训的比例升高,低年级学生接受心肺复苏培训相对较少。Objective To understand the demand,awareness,practical application and influencing factors of basic knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among medical students. Methods In May 2017,aquestionnaire survey was conducted with the method of cluster sampling on the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）among 475 medical students. Results Among 475 students surveyed,470（98.95%）of them had heard of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.464（97.68%）of them thought that it necessary to master the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,340（71.58%）of them received training for cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and 40（8.42%）had experienced emergency cases.School teaching was the main way to acquire knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The awareness rate of ＂ normal adults＇ heartbeat per minute＂ was 95.37%.The awareness rate of ＂time limit for judging patients＇ sudden cardiac arrest＂ was 56.63%.There was a significant difference in the awareness rate of ＂People who seem to be healthy will have a sudden cardiac arrest or not＂ among medical students of different grades（P〈0.01）.There was a significant difference in the awareness rate of ＂the number of breaths per minute of adults＂ among medical students of different major（P〈0.01）.There was a significant difference in the proportion of medical students receiving CPR training among different grades（P〈0.01）. Conclusion As the growth of grade,the proportion of receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）training is increasing.among medical students.And the junior students receive less training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
