摘 要:近年来,随着高校教育的普及,造就了大量的具有博士学位的高学历人才,同时,也由于国家教育政策及经济的发展,众多海外高学历人才也纷纷回国就职。这些海内外高学历人才中的一部分人才选择到国内各大高校任职,而各大高校也纷纷出台各种优惠政策吸引各方面人才,尤其是部分新建本科高校更是加大了吸引人才的力度。这些高学历人才进入高校任职也使各大高校的师资结构发生了变化。高学历师资进入高校,在人才培养中发挥着越来越重要的作用。他们进入课堂,使教学、科研及学生就业等方面都随之变化。此文以某高校为例进行探讨。In recent years, with the popularity of higher education, more and more Doctors have emerged. Meanwhile, with the reformation of education policy and the development of the economics of the country's, more and more advanced degrees are beginning to come back from all sides the world. Universities especially some newlybuilt universities are also introducing various preferential policies to attract high educated talents. The teachers structure has been changed a lot under the influence of high educated individuals entering to colleges. Meanwhile, Doctors play a more and more important role in talent development, such as classroom teaching, scientific research project and student employment, etc.
