摘 要:运用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FT-IR)对2株不同来源的阪崎肠杆菌及奇异变形杆菌建立数据库并进行快速分类鉴定。利用FT-IR技术采集菌体生化构成光谱信息,对数据预处理后借助计算机和化学计量学方法进行主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和系统聚类分析(hierarchical cluster analysis,HCA)。结果显示,PCA和HCA两种分析方法成功将阪崎肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌进行区分,且不同来源的2株阪崎杆菌也得到明显区分。FT-IR技术结合计算机与化学计量学方法,对阪崎肠杆菌及奇异变形杆菌的分类鉴定方面提供了一种有效的工具。Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to establish a rapid method of discrimination and identification of the two Enterobacter sakazakii from different sources and Proteus mirabilis. Spectra information of the biochemical composition of three strains was collected by FT-IR and analyzed using computer and chemometric methods for principal component analysis(PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)after preprocessing. The results showed that Enterobacter sakazakii and Proteus mirabilis were differentiated successfully by the two methods of PCA and HCA,and the two Enterobacter sakazakii from different sources got a clear distinction. FT-IR combined with chemometric methods gave a credible tool for discrimination and identification of Enterobacter sakazakii and Proteus mirabilis.
