摘　　要：专业实验室开放是应用型本科院校培养学生专业实践技能和创新能力必不可少的一项重要手段。文章主要针对专业实验室师资队伍建设、仪器设备场所建设及如何调动学生积极性等方面所采取的一系列促进专业实验室开放的激励机制和措施进行了研究和分析,为地方型本科院校专业实验室开放探索了一条新的道路。The opening of a professional laboratory is an important method of cultivating s tud ents ＇ practical skills and innovative abilities in applied undergraduate colleges. This paper focuses on the study and analysis of a series of motivate mechanism and mea-sures, such as team building for professional laboratory teachers, the construction of equipment and facilities and how to arouse the enthusiasm of students. This will explore a new path for the opening up of professional laboratories in local undergraduate colleges.
