摘　　要：党的十九大报告对青年寄予殷切期望,大学生党员作为青年优秀代表和高校大学生中的先进分子,是党和国家建设事业的生力军和接班人,他们是否具备足够的担当精神关乎党的政治生态和国家的前途命运。文章通过对大学生担当精神培育现状的调研,在综合分析个别访谈记录以及问卷统计数据的基础上,探索性提出大学生党员担当精神"SCPA"培育模式,希望通过在后期的实践探索中不断优化,形成大学生党员担当精神培育的长效机制。The nineteen major reports of the party are eager for young people. As outstanding representatives of young people and advanced elements among college students, college student party members are the new forces and successors of the party and state construction. Whether they have enough spirit to bear will influencethe spirit of the party＇s political ecology and the future of the country. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the individual interview records and the statistical data of the question-naire, this paper, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the individual interview records and the statistical data of the question-naire, explores the cultivation mode of ”SCPA” for college student party members, forming the long -term mechanism of cultivating college student party members＇spirit of taking responsibility.
