“一病一优”护理模式对抑郁症患者情绪症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨"一病一优"护理模式对抑郁症患者情绪症状及生活质量的影响。方法纳入我院2015年10月~2017年6月抑郁症患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组采用常规护理模式。观察组采用"一病一优"护理模式。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评估护理效果,同时采用调查问卷比较两组服药依从性。结果观察组护理后HAMD评分低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组,GQOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "一病一优"护理模式能明显减轻抑郁症患者抑郁情绪,增强其自我效能和依从性,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the effect of＂one disease and one best＂nursing on depression symptom and quality of life.Methods The subjects were 116 patients with depression study in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2017,randomly divided into control group（n=58）and observation group（n=58）,The control group received traditional nursing intervention while the observation group received a ＂disease and＂nursing intervention.After that,the nursing effects were tested by the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,general self-efficacy scale（GSES）and life quality comprehensive assessment questionnaire（GQOL）.The medication compliance was tested by the questionnaire.Results The HAMD scores,and GSES scores in the observation group significantly increased when compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.The physical function,psychological function,social function and material life scores in the observation group were significantly higher compared with control group（P〈0.01）.The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂One disease and one best＂nursing model can obviously relieve depression in patients with depression mood,enhance their self-effecacy and compliance to improve the quality of life of the patients which is worthy of promoting in clinical practice.
