摘 要:铁路避难线的设置能防止陡长下坡道上失去控制的列车发生冲突和颠覆,减小事故造成的经济损失。论文参考原《避规》中内燃、电力牵引区段的避难线设置检算办法,模拟失控列车在线路区间的运行过程,深入分析列车在不同工况下的受力和制动情况,采用分段累加法计算列车调速制动距离,从而建立一套计算避难线检算起始坡度的理论模型与方法,对线路是否需要检算设置避难线做出判别。研究发现:避难线检算起始坡度不但与牵引种类、牵引方式和线路坡度有关,还受到站间距的影响。此外,对于现行《技规》中规定的列车制动摩擦材料及闸瓦压力,避难线检算起始坡度的检算结果较原《避规》也不同。最后,论文以HXD_2型电力机车为例,对HXD_2型电力机车单双机牵引货物列车的避难线设置检算条件进行分析计算,并给出了HXD_2的避难线设置检算起始坡度值。研究结论对长大坡道线路设计及行车组织方法具有一定的借鉴意义。Railway refuge line can prevent the trains that are out of control from colliding and overturning. Therefore, it can reduce the economic loss of an accident. This paper refers to the check method of diesel and electric traction sector in the previous "Refuge Line Design Rules", and simulates the operating process of runaway trains. It analyzes the forces and braking conditions of trains in different states, and applies break cumulative method to calculate the braking distance. Thus, it establish a set of theoretical models and methods for calculating the starting checking slope of the railway refuge line, and judges whether a refuge line is required for a railway line. The results show that the setup condition of refuge line is not only related to the type of traction, the mode of traction and the slope of line, but also affected by the distance between stations. What's more, for the braking material and the brake shoe pressure in the current "Railway Technical Management Rules", the result of the starting checking slope of the railway refuge line differs from the that obtained by the former "Refuge Line Design Rules". Finally, this paper takes the HXD2 electric locomotive as an example to analyze and calculate the starting checking slope of the railway refuge line when the HXD2 electric locomotive dragging freight train. The starting checking slope of the railway refuge line of HXD2 is given. The results of this research can be a reference for the designing of long and steep slopes and the organization of train.
