摘  要:教学与科研是大学两大主要任务。本文概括了教学与科研协调发展的意义,总结了高校教师对教学和科研关系的认知,高校教师普遍认为教学与科研存在正相关,科研工作能有效提高教学水平,反之亦然。本文分析了高校青年教师在从事教学与科研活动时容易存在的问题,并针对这点提出了激励高校青年教师从事教学和科研活动的有效措施。Teaching and research are the most important two functions in university. This article outlined the significance of the coordinated development of teaching and research in university, summarized the perception of teachers in universities about teaching and research. Most of the teachers recognized the positive correlation between teaching and research, which means that research can effectively enhance the teaching level and vice versa. The common problems that exist in the teaching and research work were analyzed, and the corresponding incentive mechanism was proposed.
