摘 要:考察了主剂、助剂和杀菌剂等的选择及其含量对油气田H_2S气体脱除率的影响。结果表明,新型硫化氢脱除剂YD-005的配方组成为:主剂三嗪MR 60.0%,助溶剂AR17.5%、稳定剂SR13.0%、杀菌剂GR18%,自来水21.5%。硫化氢脱除剂YD-005在硫化氢含量5 000~8 000 mg/L油井上应用,加药量45~60 L,4 h后,硫化氢含量降至200 mg/L以下,硫化氢脱除率达到97.5%,药效可持续28 h。The effects of various components and their contents on hydrogen sulfide gas removal capacity in oil and gas fields were systematically investigated from the aspects of main agent,auxiliaries and bactericide,and quality composition. The result showed that the composition of the new hydrogen sulfide remover YD-005 was determined as follows: main agent triazine MR 60. 0%,cosolvent AR17. 5%,stabilizer SR13. 0%,bactericide GR18. 0% and water 21. 5%. The removal agent YD-005 was applied in the5 000 - 8 000 mg/L oil well with hydrogen sulfide content. After adding 45 - 60 L and 4 h,the hydrogen sulfide content was reduced to less than 200 mg/L,the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide reached 97. 5%,and the efficacy was sustainable 28 h.
