摘　　要：借鉴国内外先进的养老经验,探索出适合我国养老现状的人才培养模式和培养目标。在充分体现我校办学特色的基础上,以培养养老行业高素质技术技能人才为根本任务,合理构筑学生的知识、能力、素质结构体系,全面提升学生对市场的适应性和毕业生质量。After years of steady development,China＇s pension industry has achieved remarkable results,and has made some progress in the pension policy,pension services,pension research and personnel training. Based on the advanced domestic and foreign experience of the aged,this paper explores the training mode and training target suitable for the status of the elderly in China. On the basis of fully reflecting the characteristics of our school,we should build up the knowledge,ability and quality structure system of students in order to improve students＇ adaptability to the market and the quality of graduates.
