不同方案治疗恶性滋养叶细胞疾病的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较恶性滋养叶细胞应用不同治疗方案的临床治疗效果。方法:此次研究所选对象来源于2014年4月-2015年1月在笔者所在医院接受恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤治疗的患者,应用随机数表法将所选对象分为对照组和观察组,每组39例患者。对照组患者仅接受单药化疗,给予观察组患者双药联合化疗或者多药联合化疗,对比两组患者近期临床疗效和3年内生存率及复发率。结果:观察组患者36例患者病情缓解,治疗有效率为92.31%,对照组患者31例患者病情缓解,治疗有效率为79.49%,观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者1年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2年生存率及3年生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3年内复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性滋养叶细胞患者同时双药或者多药联合化疗对于病情控制和改善,以及提高患者3年内生存率具有重要的作用。Objective：To compare the clinical effects of different treatment regimens in malignant trophoblastic cells.Method：The study selected malignant trophoblastic tumor patients from April 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment,divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,there were 39 patients respectively.Patients in the control group received single-agent chemotherapy alone,patients in the observation group received double-drug combination chemotherapy or multi-drug combination chemotherapy,and the short-term clinical efficacy and the 3-year survival rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result：A total of 36 patients in the observation group were relieved and their effective rate was 92.31%.A total of 31 patients in the control group were relieved and the effective rate was 79.49%.The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The 1-year survival rates of observation group and control group were not significantly different（P〉0.05）,2-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Recurrence rates within 3 years were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Simultaneous double-drug or multi-drug combination chemotherapy in patients with malignant trophoblastic cells plays an important role and improve the disease and the patients＇ 3-year survival rate.
