白内障扶贫复明手术中后囊膜破裂一期植入人工晶体的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析白内障扶贫复明手术中出现后囊膜破裂植入人工晶体的临床效果。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2017年10月收治的白内障手术中后囊膜破裂患者46例,作为研究对象。所选患者均为后囊膜破裂一期患者,且已排除其他影响因素。对所有患者采用前端玻璃体剪除术和一期人工晶体植入术,观察46例患者术后视力恢复情况和并发症发生情况,评价手术中后囊膜破裂一期植入人工晶体的临床效果。结果:在患者术后视力恢复情况对比中,可以得出术后3个月视力恢复情况最好。术后3个月,视力恢复>0.5的患者有45例。术后1个月,视力恢复>0.5的患者有40例。术后1周,视力恢复>0.5的患者有21例。所有患者在术后3个月的视力恢复情况好于术后1周和1个月,P<0.05。在患者并发症发生情况对比中,有3例出现角膜水肿,占6.52%。有5例出现眼部炎症,占10.86%。经过治疗后均已痊愈,对于试验结果无影响。结论:白内障扶贫复明手术中后囊膜破裂一期植入人工晶体,采用前端玻璃体剪除术,并选择合理的植入方式,能够取得良好的临床效果。Objective： To analyze the effect of the implantation of intraocular lens in cataract surgeries with posterior capsular rupture. Methods： 46 patients who had posterior capsule rupture during cataract surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were primary posterior capsular rupture patients, and other influencing factors were excluded. Anterior vitrectomy and one-stage intraocular lens implantation were used to observe the recovery of visual acuity and complications in 46 patients, and to evaluate the clinical effect of intraocular lens implantation in patients with posterior capsular rupture. Results： In patients with postoperative visual acuity recovery, it could be concluded that the best was three months after the recovery of visual acuity. There were 45 patients with visual acuity0.53 months after operation, 40 patients with visual acuity0.5 one month after operation, and 21 patients with visual acuity0.5 one week after operation. The recovery of visual acuity in all patients 3 months after operation was better than that in one week and one month after operation（P〈0.05）. Among the complications, there were 3 cases of corneal edema, accounting for 6.52%; there were 5 cases of ocular inflammation, accounting for 10.86%. After treatment, all of them were cured and had no effect on the results of the experiment. Conclusion： In the intraocular lens implantation with posterior capsular rupture during cataract surgery, anterior vitrectomy and reasonable implantation could achieve good clinical results.
