Design and Simulation of High Power DC Power Supply Based on Chopper Circuit

摘  要:为满足小微企业或工厂较高电压等级的直流设备进行工作,笔者设计了基于斩波电路的大功率直流电源。一方面,将电网提供的三相(或两相)交流电能,经过全桥式晶闸管整流电路,调整晶闸管触发电路的触发角,输出直流电源电压;另一方面,通过对斩波电路计算结果的分析,确定主电路晶闸管和绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)开关管的具体参数,并计算得出大电感及大电容的详细数据,利用斩波电路进行直流/直流(DC/DC)升压,得到设备所需的直流供电电压。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件对整流电路与斩波电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明该直流电源设计输出的直流电压质量性能指标满足要求,指出该设计为小微企业或工厂提供了改善电压质量、降低投资和运行成本的有效措施。In this paper, in order to meet operation requirements of DC equipment superior voltage classes in small and micro businesses or factory, the authors designed a high-power DC power supply based on chopper circuit. On the one hand,the three-phase(or two-phase) AC power provided by the power grid was output DC power supply voltage through full-bridge thyristor rectifying circuit to adjust firing angle of thyristor trigger circuit; on the other hand, based on analysis on results of the calculation of the chopper, the specific parameters of main circuit thyristor and insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)switch was determined, and detailed data of large inductor and large capacitor was obtained; then, DC power supply voltage required by equipment based on boosting of DC and AC by using chopper circuit. In the end, rectifying circuit and chopper circuit are simulated by MATLAB/Simulink software. The simulation results show that quality performance of output from the DC power satisfies the requirements. Finally, the authors put froward that this design effective measures of improving voltage quality, reducing investment and operation costs for small and micro businesses or factories.
