福利文化视角下我国老年人多元照护模式的伦理价值

摘　　要：从福利文化的视角出发,对我国目前照护模式的现状进行分析,并解释多元照护模式的伦理价值:多元照护模式的发展有利于化解人际关系困境,加强社区互动;有利于化解家庭关系困境,发扬尊老敬老传统;有利于强化制度伦理,凸显社会关怀。最后对发展多元化的照护模式提出三条可行建议:发扬传统孝文化,培养新时期的养老观念;发展医养结合的福利事业,加强家庭、社区与照护机构的联动;提升照护机构服务质量,加强照护人员伦理担当。From the perspective of welfare culture,this paper analyzed the current status of care modes in China and explained the ethical value of multiple care mode： the development of multiple care mode was conducive to resolving the dilemmas of interpersonal relationships and strengthening community interaction; resolving the dilemmas of family relations and carrying forward the tradition of honoring and respecting the elderly; strengthening institutional ethics and highlighting social concerns. Finally,this paper put forward three feasible suggestions for the development of multiple care mode： carrying forward the traditional filial piety culture and cultivating the concept of pension in the new period; developing the welfare of the combination of medical treatment and endowment and strengthening the linkage between family,community and care institutions; enhancing the quality of service of care institutions and strengthening the ethical support of caregivers.
