摘　　要：传统文化是文化自信的源泉,文献是传统文化的载体,图书馆开展传统文化阅读推广是文化自信的必然途径。黑龙江省图书馆古诗词吟唱公开课与国家艺术基金项目合作,立足于文化自信与社会需求,通过线下课堂教学与线上全媒体宣传推广相结合,促进中国古典诗词的全社会传播,对构建多维的以图书馆、人、阅读推广为核心的话语体系,在国家意志和大众情怀中重塑图书馆形象起到了一定作用。Traditional culture is the source of cultural confidence, and the literature is the carrier of traditional culture. It is an inevitable way for the library to carry out reading promotion of traditional culture. Cooperating with a project of China National Arts Fund, and based on cultural confidence and social needs, Chinese poetry chanting open class of Heitongjiang Provincial Library has promoted socical wide spread of Chinese classical poetry by offline teaching in the class and online all-media promotion. It plays a certain role in constructing a multi-dimensional discourse system focused on the library, people and reading promotion, and reshaping the library image in the state will and the public sentiment.
