摘  要:针对机组滑压运行曲线不能很好地应对供热抽汽量和背压变化的问题,分析了基于主蒸汽流量为调度变量的滑压优化运行方法,并建立了基于分段函数的主蒸汽流量计算模型,通过试验数据对该模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型计算的主蒸汽流量与试验值吻合度较高,能够满足滑压运行的需求。To solve the problem that the sliding pressure operation curve could not well answer to the change of heating extraction and back pressure in a coal-fired unit, an analysis was conducted on the sliding pressure operation optimization method taking the main steam flow as dispatch variables, while a calculation model was established for the main steam flow based on piecewise function, after which, the model was verified with experimental data. Results show that the values of main steam flow calculated by the model agree well with actual experimental data, which can satisfy the requirement of sliding pressure operation.
