摘  要:采用两种固相萃取柱对水溶液中的挥发性脂肪酸进行提取,利用气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,采用两种萃取柱均能够实现对水溶液中碳原子数较大的挥发性脂肪酸的定性测定,而对碳原子数小于4的脂肪酸定性效果较差;采用中性萃取柱萃取戊酸及庚酸的回收率分别为90.2%和90.3%,明显高于酸性萃取柱55.7%和68.0%的回收率,因此前者更加适合样品的定量分析。Two solid phase extraction columns are used to extract the volatile fatty acids from the aqueous solution,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the two extraction columns can be adopted for the qualitative determination of volatile fatty acids with larger carbon atoms in aqueous solutions,and the qualitative effect of fatty acids with a carbon number of less than 4 is poor.The recovery rates of valeric acid and heptanoic acid extracted by the neutral extraction column are 90.2% and 90.3% respectively.These recovery rates are obviously higher than those of acid extraction column 55.7% and 68%.Therefore,the former is more suitable for the quantitative analysis of samples.
