摘　　要：高校实验室文化是高校文化的重要组成部分,该文从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层次分别分析了目前高校实验室文化建设中存在的问题,结合工作实际,构建了以物质文化为基础、安全文化为保障、制度文化为支撑、精神文化为引领、创新文化为核心、特色发展为灵魂的高校实验室文化体系。University laboratory culture is an important part of university culture.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of university laboratory culture from the following three aspects：material culture,system culture and spiritual culture.In combination with the actual work,a university laboratory cultural system is established with the material culture as the basis,safety culture as the guarantee,system culture as the support,spiritual culture as the guidance,innovation culture as the core and characteristic development as the soul.
