摘　　要：通过文献调查、问卷调查等方法,运用SPSS、Excel等统计分析工具对湖南省医学科研人员的科学数据共享情况及制约因素进行分析,找出不同制约因素对不同人群的影响,并提出相应对策,为医院、医学高校等加快实现科学数据共享,提升医疗水平和学术水平,增强湖南省医学科技竞争力提供参考。The current sharing of medical data and its restrictive factors were surveyed by literature and questionnaire investigation and analyzed with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS and Excel,which showed the influence of different restrictive factors on different populations. Certain measures were put forward for speeding up the sharing of scientific data,improving the medical treatment and academic level,strengthening the competitive power of hospitals and higher education institutions in Hunan Province.
