摘  要:配电网无功规划优化主要涉及无功补偿设备的选址与定容。采用U/U0指标、电压稳定L指标和电压偏移指标,基于模糊聚类方法来寻找配电网的电压薄弱节点,以此作为无功补偿点。运用场景分析的方法,综合考虑效益-成本比值和L指标,建立含风电场的无功规划多目标优化模型。基于免疫猫群算法对目标函数进行求解,得到配电网无功补偿的最优规划方案。以IEEE33节点进行算例分析,验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。Optimal reactive power planning of distribution network is mainly related with the location and sizing of reactive power compensation device. The weak nodes of voltage are searched by fuzzy cluster method, and it is taken as the location of reactive power compensation. In the progress, U/U0 index, L index and voltage deviation are applied. By considering benefit-cost ratio and L index, a new comprehensive optimal reactive power planning model is built by using scenario analysis. Objective function is solved based on immune cat swarm optimization algorithm, and optimal planning for reactive power compensation in distribution network is obtained. Based on the test case of IEEE 33 bus system, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
