高校课堂管理现状及对策分析

摘　　要：课堂管理是课堂教学赖以生存的基本条件,是课堂教学活动顺利实施的重要保障,良好的课堂管理有助于提高教学效果。2016年9月开始,大学校园全面进入"95后"时代。新形势下,大学课堂也呈现出与以往不同的课堂行为问题,而高校教师对于学生课堂不当行为的管理要么采取"睁一只眼、闭一只眼"的态度,要么采取学生绝对服从他们的个人权威管理模式,且行政命令是他们的主要管理手段。通过对大学生课堂行为相关问题的调查,实证分析产生课堂行为问题的原因,针对性的有效课堂管理方法应该包括增强教学内容的趣味性、建立和谐的师生关系而不是树立教师权威、借助新技术实现多样化的教学方法、建立课堂规则规范学生行为、树立良好的班风班纪、提高教师的个人魅力等。Classroom teaching preconditions classroom management and the latter helps improve teaching effectiveness.Since the autumn semester of 2016,university campus has fully entered the era of post-95 generation.With the new situation comes the new problem of classroom misbehavior.Some teachers choose to turn a blind eye to the misbehavior and others tend to subject students to their absolute authority.Based on an investigation and empirical analysis of college classroom misbehavior,some suggestions for effective classroom management are put forward,which include adding flavor to teaching content,establishing harmonious teacher-student relation,diversifying teaching methods with the help of new technology,regulating classroom behavior by setting a norm,cultivating good classroom atmosphere,promoting the personal charisma of teachers and so on.
