摘 要:分析了国内外农业高校复合型农学创新创业人才的培养模式,在海南大学2014级农学(1)班实践了校内校外多元互补实践教学体系,分析该实践教学改革的实施效果,对农学类人才专业素养和创新创业培养模式进行了展望,提出了改进建议。本文对农学类人才创新创业能力和专业综合素质培养及学科发展有重要意义。The paper analyzed the modes to train talents with strong professional qualities, innovating and pioneering in agriculture colleges at home and abroad. The multiple complementary teaching practices in and out campus were practised in grade 2014-1 students majored in agronomy. The results of the practice teaching innovation were summarized. Finally, the prospects and a series of suggestions to improve professional qualities, innovating and pioneering by practice teaching were advised. This paper is of great significance to train talents in agriculture with strong professional qualities, innovating and pioneering and to develop agronomy subject.
