摘　　要：为培养出高素质的建材行业应用型人才,建设出服务地方的特色鲜明的地方性高校,从教师队伍的建设、教学方法、教学内容及教学评价体系等方面进行了探讨和分析,力求能显著地提高教学质量,充分激发学生们的学习兴趣,逐步培养学生们分析问题和解决问题的能力,全面提高学生们的综合素质,培养出优秀的具有创新精神的建材行业应用型人才。In order to cultivate high quality application-oriented talents in building material industry and build universities which served local economic development with distinctive features,the effects of the teachers team,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching evaluation system were discussed and analyzed. It could improve the quality of teaching,stimulate students＇ interest in learning,cultivate students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems,improve the overall quality of students,and cultivate outstanding innovative talents in building material industry.
