山西省食用菌产业现状及发展对策

摘　　要：山西食用菌种质资源丰富,自然条件独特,具有发展食用菌产业的良好条件。近年来,山西省食用菌产业的发展取得了显著成果,但与食用菌强省相比还有一定的差距,主要存在产业基础薄弱、从业人员素质低、产业链短、从事深加工企业少、生产服务体系不健全等问题。深入分析以上问题,借鉴国内外食用菌发达地区的经验,提出如下对策:加强规划引导;强化政策扶持与财政支持;实现适度规模经营;增加科研投入;开发多功能食用菌产品;强化食用菌生产服务体系;健全和完善市场流通体系。Shanxi has rich germplasm resources of edible fungus, unique natural conditions, and has good conditions for the development of edible fungus industry. In recent years, the development of edible fungus industry in Shanxi province has made remarkable achievements, but there is still a gap compared with the mushroom province, mainly has a weak industrial base, low quality of employees, short industrial chain, engaged in deep processing enterprises, production and service system is not perfect, and so on. Further analysis of the above problems, learning from the experience of developed regions of edible fungus at home and abroad, the peper puts forward the following countermeasures, such as strengthening planning guidance, strengthening policy support and financial support,achieving a moderate scale management, increasing investment in scientific research, developing of multi-functional edible mushroom products, perfecting the production service system of edible fungus, improving and perfecting the market circulation system.
