摘 要:目的:探讨牙科树脂修复对洞型制备的需求。方法:通过对一种新的实验模型进行循环载荷加载,观察树脂-牙本质粘接界面的断裂特性,对在临床树脂充填修复中对洞型预备的要求提出理论指导。结果:树脂-牙本质粘接界面在不同受力方式下的破坏方式不同。结论:树脂充填修复时可以将窝洞洞壁适当外敞,通过改变咬合接触点位置从而优化粘接界面的受力方式达到保护牙体组织的目的。Objective To study the requirement of dental resin restoration for cavity preparation. Methods Establish a new experimental model of cyclic loading, the fracture characteristics of the resin dentin bonding interface were observed, and the theoretical guidance for the requirement of the cavity preparation in the clinical resin restoration was put forward. Results The composite-dentin bonding interface has different failure modes under different stress modes. Conclusion The walls of the cavity can be properly opened. By changing the position of the occlusal contact point, the stress mode of the adhesive interface can be optimized to protect the tooth tissue.
