摘　　要：目的:探讨微型种植体支抗在慢性牙周炎患者口腔正畸中的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年5月笔者科室收治的慢性牙周炎口腔正畸患者138例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组:69例,采用口外弓加强支抗法治疗;观察组:69例,采用微型种植体支抗治疗。治疗后测量两组上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差、磨牙位移指标,比较临床疗效。结果:观察组上中切牙唇向位移高于对照组(P<0.05),磨牙位移小于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:微型种植体支抗用于治疗慢性牙周炎正畸患者效果较好,创伤小且稳定性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-implant anchorage on oral orthodontics in patients with periodontitis. Methods A total of 138 patients with orthodontic treatment of periodontitis treated in department from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group（n = 69） and observation group（n = 69） according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated by external iliac arch and the supportive method was used. The observation group was treated with mini-implant support. The distance between the upper and middle incisors, the incisive incisors and the molars displacement were measured in the two groups. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The maxillary and mandibular incisors of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, the molar displacement of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group The rate was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Micro-implants in the treatment of periodontitis patients with good effect, small trauma and high stability, it is worth promoting the application.
