摘 要:目的:探究两种正畸托槽粘接剂粘接强度及粘接剂残留量的差异。方法:收集40颗正畸需要拔除的上颌第一前磨牙,随机均分为2组,A组:光固化树脂粘接剂组;B组:光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子组。用万能试验机检测各组托槽脱离牙面时的抗剪切强度(SBS),并在显微镜下观察釉质表面粘接剂残留指数(ARI)及破坏情况。结果:A组的抗剪切强度为(12.30±2.55)MPa显著高于B组的(9.13±1.18)MPa,差异有统计学意义(t=5.049,P=0.000)。A组粘接剂残留率大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:去托槽时两种粘接剂均不会造成釉质表面的破坏,光固化树脂粘接剂的粘接强度比光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子高,但去除托槽后光固化树脂粘接剂残留在釉质表面的量更多。Objective To investigate the difference of bonding strength and residue of binder between two kinds of orthodontic adhesive. Methods 40 orthodontic Maxillary first premolars which needed extracting were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups, group A: light-cure resin binder group, group B: light-cure resin-reinforced glass-ionomer group. The shear strength of each bracket was measured by universal testing machine. The residual index and damage of the enamel surface were observed under microscope. Results The shear strength of group A was(12.30 ± 2.55) MPa, which was significantly higher than that of group B(9.13 ± 1.18) MPa, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.049,P=0.000). The residual rate of adhesive in group A was higher than that in group B(P=0.013). Conclusion While removing bracket, the two kinds of binder did not cause the damage of enamel surface, the shear bond strength of light-cured resin binder was higher than that of light-cure resin-reinforced glass-ionomer, but light-cured resin binder residue on the enamel surface was more after removing the brackets.
