摘 要:备件是发电设备制造企业提供电站服务的主要载体之一,备件服务水平的提升能直接带动企业电站服务水平的提高。随着"云"概念的推广和深入,用信息化的手段提升备件服务能力成为一种有效且迫切的需求。本文围绕备件,从制造端的角度,通过研究备件生命周期的多个主要环节以及生产方和使用方所面临的现实问题,提出一个面向备件全生命周期的云服务系统的设计方案,并给出一种实施路径。备件云服务系统的目的是通过让备件全生命周期的各参与方建立紧密的联系、进而提升备件服务能力。Spare parts are one of the main carriers which are used to provide power plant services by power generation equipment manufacturers,and the upgrading of service level of spare parts can directly promote the improvement of enterprise power station service level. With the popularization and deepening of the concept of " cloud",it becomes an effective and urgent demand to upgrade the capability of spare parts service by means of information technology. In this paper,Focusing on the spare parts,from the manufacturing point of view,with researching on main links of spare parts life cycle and facing real problems by the producers and users,a design scheme of a cloud service system for spare parts in the whole life cycle is proposed,and an implementation path for the cloud service system is given. The purpose of the spare parts cloud service system is to improve the capability of spare parts service by establishing close links among all participants in the whole life cycle of spare parts.
