应用型本科院校有机化学教学改革初步探索

摘　　要：重视发展高等教育,强调对应用型人才的培养,是实现社会经济发展的重要条件。有机化学是本科阶段的主要化学教学内容,该课程的教学改革对应用型人才培养具有重要的意义。论文分析探讨了目前地方应用型本科院校有机化学教学存在的主要问题,结合本校及个人有机化学课程实践及探索,对有机化学教学方法改进提出几点建议,以期提高应用型人才素质,促进地方应用型本科院校的发展。It is an important condition of realizing social and economic development to attach importance to the development of higher education and lay emphasis on the cultivation of applied talents. Reform on Organic Chemistry is important for the applied talents＇ cultivation as it is the main chemical teaching content in the period of undergraduate.Based on teaching practice and exploration of Organic Chemistry,the situation and problems of teaching in universities were analyzed,some measures on the reform of teaching method were suggested. It was hope to improve the application ability and promote the development of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
