摘 要:连铸轴承钢中存在的偏析和凝固组织缺陷,对热轧盘条会产生不利影响,并最终传递至轴承产品,大幅降低轴承疲劳服役性能。介绍了偏析和凝固组织缺陷在轴承钢全流程生产中的传递特征,分析了缺陷在轧材与铸坯间的位置和形貌关系,并提出了改善铸坯偏析和组织缺陷的具体措施。The segregation and defects in solidification structure of continuous casting bearing steel have a negative effect on hot rolled wire rod,finally transmitting to bearing products,and the fatigue service performance of bearings is decreased drastically. The transfer characteristics of segregation and defects in solidification structure during whole process production of bearing steel are reviewed,and the relationship is analyzed between position and morphology of defects between rolled metal and casting billet. The specific measures are found to improve segregation of casting billet and structural defects.
