摘　　要：本文报道了通过水相氮杂1,6-共轭加成反应合成二芳基甲胺类衍生物的方法。以对甲苯磺酰胺为亲核试剂,对4-芳基亚甲基2,6-二叔丁基-2,5环己二烯-1-酮共轭体系进行反应,高效地合成了取代二芳基甲胺类衍生物。反应原料廉价易得,原子经济性高,无需使用金属试剂、有机溶剂、还原剂,操作简单,绿色环保。In this paper, a highly efficient aqua mediated aza-1,6-conjugate addition reaction was reported. In this reaction, 4-arylylidene-2,6-di-tert-butylcyclohexa-2,5-dienone was used as conjugated system and 4-methylbenzenesulfonamide was used as nucleophile. This methodology offer significant advantages over traditionl chemical synthesis, such as inexpensive and available starting materials, high atom economy, metal/organic solvent/reductant-free reaction condition, simple and environmentally friendly operation.
