中国社会信用体系建设的特点与趋势分析

摘　　要：与西方发达国家不同,我国正在建立一个包含经济交易信用体系和社会诚信体系在内的广义的社会信用体系。随着我国法制建设、道德建设和市场经济体制的逐步完善,中西方信用体系的内涵和外延将逐渐趋同。近年来我国公共信用机制建设取得较大进展,但市场信用机制仍处在自然发展阶段,下一步应协调推进公共信用机制和市场信用机制建设。数字经济的发展将对信用体系建设产生广泛而深刻的影响,我国应建立与数字时代相适应的社会信用体系。Different from the western developed countries,China is now constructing a broad social credit system including economic transaction credit system and social integrity system. With the gradual improvement of China＇s legal system construction,moral construction,and market economy,the connotation and extension of the credit system of China and the West will gradually converge. Though China has achieved major progress in the construction of public credit mechanism in recent years,its market credit mechanism is still in the phase of natural development.The next step is to coordinately propel the construction of public credit mechanism and market credit mechanism.The development of digital economy will have a broad and deep impact on the construction of credit system and China should establish its social credit system compatible with the digital age.
