摘　　要：目的研究团体沙盘游戏对军队医院护理团队合作的影响。方法采用护士团队合作问卷对方便抽取的某军队医院220名临床一线在职护士参加沙盘游戏前后分别进行问卷调查。结果干预后护士团队合作单题均分高于干预前。干预后除一个条目外的其他31个条目得分均高于干预前。干预后信任与支持、团队心智模型、团队领导、团队取向四个维度得分大于干预前。结论团体沙盘活动能有效提高军队护士团队合作水平。Objective To investigate the effects of group sandplay therapy on nursing team cooperation in military hospital. Methods A total of 220 clinical nurses in a military hospital were selected by convenience sampling. Nursing Teamwork Survey was conducted before and after sandplay therapy intervention to test its validity.Results The post-intervention score of team cooperation was higher than the pre-intervention score on average.The post-intervention scores of 31 items except 1 item in the questionnaire were higher than the pre-intervention score. The post-intervention score were higher than the pre-intervention score on four factors of trust and support,team orientation,team leadership,and shared mental model. Conclusion Group sandplay therapy can improve nursing team cooperation in military hospital effectively.
