摘  要:初步研究一种竹子潜叶害虫——中华三脊甲Agonita chinensis(Weise)的生物学和进化关系。该虫为江西新记录种,1 a发生1代,潜食大节竹Indosasa crassiflora和坭竹Bambusa gibba,造成白色斑块状潜道,影响叶片光合作用,从而影响其长势和发育。首次报道了其幼虫、蛹形态学特征及成虫雌雄差异。通过提取中华三脊甲的总DNA,用细胞色素C氧化酶I基因(COI基因)建立系统发育树,分析得出中华三脊甲与Anisostena属亲缘关系最近。本研究可为这种潜在竹类害虫的监测与防治提供理论基础。Biological characteristics and evolutionary relationship of a bamboo leaf-mining pest,Agonita chinensis(Weise) were systematically studied. It was a newly recorded species in Jiangxi Province,with one generation per year. Their larvae fed on the leaves of Indosasa crassiflora and Bambusa gibba,and formed a white blotch mine which affected leaf photosynthesis and plant growth. Morphological characteristics of larva,pupa and adult as well as the differences between adult males and females were described in details. Total DNA of A. chinensis was extracted,and the phylogenetic tree was built based on COI gene,which indicated that A. chinensis was closest to the genus Anisostena. This study will provide theoretical basis for the monitoring and control of the potential bamboo pest.
