摘  要:根据铁路货车检修车间生产工艺离散性与设备异构性的特点,提出了基于EPA(Ethernet for Plant Automation)协议的车间数字设备网络集成控制系统的结构体系,并以制动阀检修生产线为例,利用嵌入式技术设计了集成控制网络系统的节点结构和通信协议转换器,完成异构设备间的交互与协同,实现制动阀检修生产线的智能化、网络化控制。According to the characteristics of discrete production process and isomerism of equipment in railway freight car repair workshop, the structure system of workshop digital equipment network integrated control system based on EPA (Ethernet for Plant Automation) protocol is put forward, and the brake valve overhaul production line is taken as an example. The node structure and communication protocol converter of the integrated control network system are designed by using embedded technology. The interaction and cooperation between heterogeneous equipment are completed, and the intelligent and networked control of the brake valve overhaul production line is realized.
