摘　　要：分析人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)、钙粘附蛋白E(E-cadherin)和半乳糖苷酶-3(Galectin-3)与肠癌患者临床分期及淋巴转移的关系,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。收集本院诊治的肠癌患者临床资料,分析患者血清中Her-2、E-cadherin和Galectin-3与肠癌患者临床分期及淋巴转移的关系,以本院同期健康体检者为对照组。结果显示Her-2、E-cadherin和Galectin-3与肠癌患者临床分期及分化程度有关,且随着肠癌患者临床分期的增加和分化程度的升高,上述蛋白的表达逐步增强(P<0.05);上述蛋白表达也与肠癌患者是否发生淋巴转移有关,发生淋巴转移患者的上述蛋白表达水平明显高于未发生转移患者(P<0.05)。因此,Her-2、E-cadherin和Galectin-3表达水平可能与肠癌患者临床分期及淋巴转移密切有关。To analyze the relationship between Her-2,E-cadherin and Galectin-3 and the clinical staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer.This study analyzed the clinical data of patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital.The relationship between serum Her-2,E-cadherin and Galectin-3 and clinical analysis and lymph node metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed.It was found that Her-2,E-cadherin and Galectin-3 were closely related to the clinical stage and degree of differentiation in patients with colorectal cancer,and the expression of these proteins increased gradually with the increase of clinical stages and the degree of differentiation in colorectal cancer patients（ P〈0.05）.The expression of these proteins is also closely related to lymph node metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer. The above protein expression level in patients with lymphatic metastasis is significantly higher than that in patients with no metastasis（ P〈0.05）.The expression level of Her-2,E-cadherin and Galectin-3 may be closely related to clinical staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer.
