探讨初乳口腔滴注对早产极低体重儿的影响

摘　　要：目的:初乳口腔滴注对早产极低体重儿的影响进行探讨分析。方法:选取2016年5月~2018年5月收治的早产极低体重儿共计40例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=20)和参照组(n=20),对照组患儿给予生理盐水口腔涂抹,观察组患儿给予初乳口腔滴注,对比分析两组患儿住院时间、喂养情况及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患儿在住院时间、肠内营养、经口喂养、全肠道喂养等指标均明显少于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿在败血症、喂养不耐受、高胆红素血症、坏死性小肠结肠炎等并发症发生率均低于参照组,统计学对比分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:初乳口腔滴注对早产极低体重儿的效果较好,可减少并发症的发生,改善喂养情况,值得在临床中广泛推广并应用。Objective：To investigate the effects of oral administration of colostrum on preterm low birth weight infants.Methods：A total of 60 preterm very low birth weight children were enrolled from May 2016 to May 2018.The patients were divided into study group（n=20）and reference group（n=20）according to the random number table.Children in the control group were treated with normal saline oral smear,and those in the observation group were treated with oral colostrum drip.The hospitalization time,feeding condition and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The length of hospitalization,enteral nutrition,oral feeding and total enteral feeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications such as sepsis,feeding intolerance,hyperbilirubinemia and necrotizing enterocolitis in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The colostral oral smear is very effective in preterm low birth weight infants,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the feeding situation.It is worth widely popularized and applied in clinic.
