超声洁治联合盐酸二甲胺四环素对正畸治疗之后牙周炎的治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声洁治联合盐酸二甲胺四环素对正畸治疗之后牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:收集某院2016年5月~2017年2月正畸治疗之后牙周病患者共46例,随机分为两组,其中对照组采用单纯的超声洁牙法进行治疗,观察组采用超声洁治联合盐酸二甲胺四环素治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗3个月后观察患者的牙周健康指标(探诊出血BOP、牙周袋探诊深度PD、临床附着丧失CAL、松动度TM),测定牙根长度及牙槽骨密度、牙槽嵴顶到釉牙骨质界的距离。结果:观察组T1探诊出血点的百分比、牙周袋的探诊深度、临床附着丧失、松动度明显少于对照组;牙槽骨密度的变化优于对照组;牙周正畸联合后并未引起牙根吸收增加、未引起牙槽骨吸收增加。结论:超声洁治联合盐酸二甲胺四环素对正畸治疗之后牙周炎具有良好的疗效,有效控制牙周病发展。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline hydrochloride on periodontitis after orthodontic treatment.Methods：A total of 46 patients with periodontal disease after orthodontic treatment treated in a hospital from May 20 to February 2017 selected were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with simple ultrasonic cleaning method,and the observation group was treated ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline hydrochloride.The periodontal health indexes（bop,PD,CAL,TM）before treatment were compared with those in 3 months after treatment.The root length,alveolar bone mineral density,and the distance from the top of the alveolar ridge to the boundary of the enamel cementum were measured.Results：The percentage of bleeding points in T1,the depth of periodontal bag,the loss of clinical attachment,and the degree of mobility in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The change of alveolar bone density was better than that of control group.The root resorption and alveolar bone resorption were not increased after periodontal orthodontic treatment.Conclusion：Ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline hydrochloride has a good effect on periodontitis after orthodontic treatment,and it can effectively control the development of periodontal disease.
