感染科陪护中应用预见性护理管理的可行性

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理管理在感染科陪护中的临床效果。方法:将2014年6月~2016年6月在某院感染科接受治疗的600例患者按照随机数字法平均分为两组,300例患者采用常规护理干预(对照组),300例给予预见性护理管理(研究组),将两组病房管理质量、护理质量进行比较。结果:研究组在消毒质量以及规范性方面得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量各项指标得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者作息时间合理性、治疗依从性、护理满意度比例均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在感染科临床陪护管理中选择预见性护理管理可显著提高护理质量以及患者治疗依从性,改善作息规律,促进建立良好的护患关系,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing management in accompanying nursing of patients with infectious diseases.Methods：From June 2014 to June 2016,600 patients treated in a hospital were divided into two groups according to random number method.300 patients were treated with routine nursing intervention（control group）and the other 300 patients were given predictive nursing management（study group）.The management quality and nursing quality of two groups of wards were compared.Results：The scores of disinfection quality and standardization in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The reasonableness of rest time,therapeutic compliance and nursing satisfaction were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The choice of preventive nursing management in clinical accompany nursing management of infection department can significantly improve nursing quality and patients＇ treatment compliance,improve the rule of work and rest,and promote the establishment of good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
