摘  要:目的评价使用新型Path File镍钛锉联合TF镍钛锉扩锉磨牙弯曲根管的效果。方法选择离体成年人上颌第一、二恒磨牙总计18颗、根管54个,随机分为三组。A组采用TF镍钛锉联合Path File完成根管预备,B组采用TF镍钛锉完成根管预备,C组采用Pro Taper镍钛锉完成根管预备。根管预备前后采用同等条件完成CBCT扫描,建立三维数学模型,比较三组预备前后的根管弯曲度及偏移情况。结果 A组的根管弯曲度变化最小,C组最大,A组与B组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组与A组、B组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组的根管偏移量最小,C组最大,三组之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用Path File镍钛锉联合TF镍钛锉预备磨牙弯曲根管,根管弯曲度改变不大,根尖偏移量也较小,能较好地维持根管的原始走向,提高工作效率,获得理想的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of using the new Path File nickel-titanium file combined with the TF nickel-titanium file to prepare the curved width of molar root canals. Methods A total of 18 in vitro teeth(54 root canals) of maxillary first and second permanent molar of adults were selected and randomly divided into three groups. Group A used Path File nickel-titanium file combined with the TF nickel-titanium file to finish the root canal preparation, group B used TF nickel-titanium file to finish the root canal preparation, and group C used Pro Taper nickel-titanium file to finish the root canal preparation. Before and after preparation, CBCT scan was implemented under the same conditions, and the three-dimensional mathematical models were created, to compare the curvature and deflection of root canals before and after preparation in three groups. Results Group A had the smallest curvature change of root canals and group C had the highest curvature change of root canals; Group A and group B had no statistical difference in the curvature change of root canals(P〈0.05), while group C had statistically different curvature change of root canals with group A and group B(both P〈0.05). Group A had the smallest root canal offset, and group C had the highest root canal offset; The comparison of root canal offset among three groups showed statistical differences(all P〈0.05). Conclusions Path File nickel-titanium file combined with the TF nickel-titanium file to prepare the molar curved root canals has small curvature change and offset of root canals, which can better maintain the original direction of the root canals, improve work efficiency and achieve the desired therapeutic effect.
